All orders are processed by Indo Bio Organics Inc (IBO) within 5 business days, however there may be occasional delays due to higher than anticipated volume of orders, unavoidable logistical scenarios, environmental factors, global pandemic or political considerations. We will contact you either by email or telephone if there is a significant delay in shipment of your order.
Indo Bio Organics Inc (IBO) currently does not have its own logistics but uses third party shipping agents such Delhivery, XpressBees, Maruti Courier, Porter Logistics, Shiprocket, etc for delivery of products to customers. Negotiated annual discounted rates with the vendors are passed on directly to the customers as we do not operate shipping department as profit centre.
All promotional shipping (Free shipping) are shipped using “Standard” shipping option. All shipments are issued tracking numbers by the shipping agents. All shipping options available do not include the processing time for orders at our warehouse. All orders are currently shipped through ground courier.
If customer wants to arrange for their own shipping including pick-up from our warehouse, IBO will not be held responsible for any shipping issues and will require a waiver form to be signed by the customer. If IBO receives any charges or levies pertaining to shipping during the course of arranging own-shipping by customer, the same would be recovered from the customer and will be charged back to their credit card.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the mailing address is entered correctly at the time of placing order. IBO is not responsible for any errors in mailing address entered by customers, any additional shipping charges will be customers responsibility. Products returned back to IBO marked as refused, returned, unclaimed, or invalid address will be credited back to the customers account, deducting 15% for the restocking fee and all shipping charges including any additional return charges assessed by the courier. Customers will not be contacted if their order is returned to us.
For all international shipping please contact IBO at email@example.com before placing the order. All the shipping costs including clearing, brokerage, customs, etc will be customers responsibility. If any goods are rejected at the port, it will be customers responsibility and no refunds/credits or exchange would be granted.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
The online shipping quotes are based on weight and volume of the shipment by the shipping agent, however we reserve the right to modify the shipping charges and if we do so we will inform you prior to processing your order.
IBO takes no responsibility for any losses, damages or delays that may occur. We generally ship products without insurance, and we must be notified before placing an order if you require insurance. Such additional costs of insurance shall be borne by the purchaser of the product. Please note that transporters often do not heat their trucks in winter, nor refrigerate them in summer. This will not harm the integrity of the product. Simply leave the product at room temperature for 24 hours before opening. Occasionally, stirring the product before use will be required to regain its consistency.
